Job Summary

The Account Manager will support underwriters by processing insurance policies, handling policy changes, issuing certificates of insurance, and assisting clients with their insurance needs.

Must-Have:

• Must Live in a PST or MST Time Zone
• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business insurance
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Pays high attention to detail and has strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience using insurance software (AMS, Sagitta, or Applied)

Preferred:

• College degree
• Experience supporting underwriters in policy issuance and marketing coverage
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to interact professionally with a variety of people
