We’re looking for Accounts Payable Manager professionals to join us in Girdwood, Alaska . 

 
What You’ll Do  

As Accounts Payable Manager you’ll play an essential role in resort operations. Your responsibilities will include: 

• Oversee the daily operations of the accounts payable accounts , ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and expense reports. 
• Develop, implement, and maintain systems, procedures, and policies to ensure adherence to company guidelines. 
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and company policies .  
• Supervise and train organizational peers around accounts payable best practices and internal department policies and procedures  
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall financial efficiency.

What We Need  

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.  
• Minimum of 5 years of accounts payable experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.  
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and accounts payable processes.  
• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
