We’re looking for an Art Director to shape the creative vision and execution of Natural Cycles’ medical marketing. This role sits at the intersection of science and design — transforming complex clinical information into visually compelling, credible, and educational materials that engage and inspire healthcare professionals.
As part of our Medical Marketing team, you’ll create educational resources, conference and event materials, and scientific presentations. Beyond execution, you’ll contribute to strengthening our creative team by collaborating with other designers, aligning visual direction across teams, and supporting the continued evolution of the Natural Cycles brand.
Please note that we are hiring for this role in the New York area.
What you will be doing
Lead the design of our medical marketing materials, including educational resources, sales presentations, scientific visuals, and event collateral.
Collaborate with designers, writers, marketers, and healthcare professionals to ensure all creative output is aligned, compliant, and polished.
Contribute to refining creative processes and developing the Natural Cycles brand.
What skills and experience we think you have
A seasoned designer with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual communication, particularly within scientific or healthcare contexts. You have a strong sense of visual hierarchy, composition, and storytelling — able to distill complex medical concepts into accessible, engaging visuals.
Skilled at interpreting feedback, iterating quickly, and delivering high-quality work within a regulated environment.
A clear and confident communicator who can connect creative execution with strategic medical and marketing goals.

Location
We are remote-first, but we find great value in being able to connect with our teams in person from time to time. Most of the Brand & Communications team that you will work with is based within commuting distance of NYC.

Salary bracket: $90,000-$120,000
