Overview
A self-sufficient craftsperson who's deep into the work- perfecting their hard skills and developing their soft skills.
Responsibilities
Understands the agency's vision and how their work contributes to the bigger picture
Learns how to manage their time efficiently and enter it accurately
Understands the brief and delivers creative solutions that meet its' objectives
May participate in brainstorms and share their ideas
A key contributor to their team and the work
Manages and delivers their work on time and on brief across all Tracks of work as required
Partners with senior creative team members to develop strategic executions through a variety of tactics
Assists in building out the visualizations of the idea across the activation (sketches, comps, KVs, etc)
Able to multitask and prioritize deliverables
Uses internal creative check-ins and work reviews for presentation skills for honing their communication and presentation skills
May backfill the Sr AD on T4 work (aligned with Creative lead)
Backfills the Sr AD as much as possible when they are out of office
May attend kickoffs and expected to ask questions to understand what's needed
Participates in creative team meetings and work check-ins (may lead if needed)
Takes on revision orders and completes them in a timely manner with an attention to detail
Sends all their work goes through proofing, builds the files properly, and transferred them on time
Drops their work into the PPT presentation deck ahead of review, and may helps design the PPT deck
Stays on top of graphic design trends-applying strong art direction, ideas, and inspiration to their work
Learning to hone their hard skillsets in the craft and beginning to strengthening their soft skills with people
Starting to own deliverables and pieces of a project from start to finish
Able to juggle multiple projects with agility and attention to detail
Actively communicates needs and potential solutions with Creative team members
Starting to understand designated books of business by knowing the brands' equity, competitive brands, shopper mindset, and retailer needs
Developing their voice and Creative POV
Teaches the more junior creatives (if applicable)
Has consistent 1:1s with their manger and proactively sets goals for their own growth
May have an intern as a direct report
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree, or portfolio school certificate or equivalent experience is required.
3-5 year?of experience
Portfolio required

Compensation Range: $66,785 - $83,505 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
