ROLE SUMMARY:  

The Assistant General Manager plays a crucial role in maintaining high standards of service, implementing policies, and optimiz ing overall restaurant performance. They will wor k in collaboration with the General Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, staff management, customer satisfaction , and administrative tasks. T he ideal candidate will have a passion for fine dining, be organized, and doesn’t mind wearing multiple hats.  


RESPONSIBILITIES:  

  • Manage day-to-day restaurant operations.  
  • Provide superior customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.  
  • Respond to customer concerns efficiently and in a professional manner.  
  • Enforce and offer the best quality of products possible.  
  • Support restaurant standard practices such as P&L analysis and monthly inventory.  
  • Manage staff schedules based on forecast and performance measures.  
  • Evaluate staff performance and provide coaching to improve productivity.  
  • Act as a brand ambassador for the company.  
  • Ensure compliance of service and hospitality standards.  
  • Provide support to General Manager.  
  • Other tasks as assigned.  


REQUIREMENTS:  

  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a full-service, high-volume dining establishment.  
  • Must be 21+ years of age.  
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.  
  • Must be able to manage multiple tasks in stressful environments.  
  • Strong knowledge of front and back house operations.  
  • Great decision making and organizational skills.  
  • Upbeat and energetic attitude.  
  • Responsible and trustworthy.  
  • Attentive to detail.
