General Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure restocking glassware and maintaining bar supplies through the course of the shift.
• Clean up/pick up empty glasses and bottles from the bar and tables in the bar area.
• Keeping the bar clean by wiping down surfaces and cleaning bar tops and tables as necessary.
• Assisting bartenders with taking customer orders and processing orders in the POS during peak business hours.
• Having perfect knowledge about our drinks menu and be able to batch any signature cocktails.
• Re-stock garnishes, wine, liquor, ice, and bar mixes when needed.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
• Learn about menu items, including beers, wines, cocktails, and liquors.
• Answering guests’ questions and routing guests’ complaints to management.
• Always present a clean and professional appearance.
• Interact in a courteous and professional manner with guests, supervisors, and team members.
• Any other tasks as assigned.
• Supervision:

Physical/ Cognitive Requirements:

• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time during the course of shift.
• A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with team members.
• Able to perform high-quality work while unsupervised.
• Ability to lift, pull, push, and carry 25 pounds.

Communication:

• Individual must be enthusiastic.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Must be flexible and open to work on weekends.
• Must be detail oriented.
• Maintain effective communication with team members.

Miscellaneous Requirements:

• Maintain a strong attendance record.
• Meets state minimum age to serve alcohol.

Restaurant experience is preferred but not required; in-depth and ongoing training is provided.
