As a barback at The Collective, you'll be part of a dynamic and energetic team, providing critical support to our bar service operations. You'll also have the opportunity to meet some of the best bar patrons in OKC, helping deliver glassware and supplies for truly craft cocktails.
But it's not all about the drinks - we're also looking for someone who can bring the party! Whether you're cracking jokes when we're in the weeds with our teammates or resetting after a rush, we want you and everyone on our team to be encouraging and helpful to one another and just genuinely enjoy coming into work!
