We are working with a rapidly expanding personal injury law firm that is searching for a Bilingual Personal Injury Attorney (Spanish-English) to join their Charlotte, NC office. This firm offers strong support, a team-focused environment, and clear opportunities for career growth. The ideal candidate excels in a fast-paced, client-focused practice. Occasional travel and court appearances may be required.
Manage personal injury cases from intake through settlement or resolution.
Communicate frequently with clients, insurance adjusters, and medical providers.
Prepare and review demand packages, settlement documents, and negotiation materials.
Handle lien resolution, subrogation issues, and case disbursements.
Lead and support a team of paralegals and case staff.
Participate in community outreach and business development activities.
Active North Carolina law license in good standing.
Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written).
Minimum of 1 year of personal injury experience .
Strong client communication and case management skills.
Ability to manage a high-volume caseload and oversee support staff.
