What You'll Do
As a Brand Representative, You'll Be More Than Just a Salesperson-you'll Be a Trusted Style Advisor And Brand Ambassador. Your Mission
- ?? Connect with Customers: Understand their needs and recommend products that inspire confidence and style.
- ??? Showcase the Brand: Deliver engaging product demos and maintain deep knowledge of current promotions and policies.
- ?? Drive Sales: Accurately process transactions using our POS system and help meet both individual and team sales goals.
- ?? Stay Sharp: Continuously improve your sales techniques and customer service skills through training and feedback.
Your Day-to-Day
- Keep the store visually stunning and merchandise perfectly placed.
- Assist with inventory tasks-unpacking deliveries, checking stock levels.
- Handle customer questions, returns, and concerns with professionalism and care.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace on the floor and in the stockroom.
- Attend team meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
- Follow all company policies, including loss prevention and security.
- Represent the brand with a polished, professional appearance.
What You Bring
- ? 1+ year of retail or sales experience
- ? Familiarity with POS systems
- ? Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- ? Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- ? Team player with a strong work ethic
- ? High school diploma or equivalent
Work Environment
This role is based in a vibrant retail setting with store hours from 11am to 7pm, including weekend coverage. You'll start in a buzz-worthy pop-up location with exciting plans for a permanent store-offering growth and long-term potential.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
