Austin Commercial has an outstanding opportunity for a Campus Recruiter at our corporate headquarters in Dallas Texas. As theCampusRecruiter you willbe responsible fordeveloping and executing recruitment strategies to attract high-potential candidates from colleges and universities to joinAustin will work closely with university stakeholders student organizations and internal teams to build relationships promote our employer brand andidentifytalent that aligns with our organizational values role also supports the Recruiting team with working on salaried professional positions.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Campus Recruitment Strategies: Design and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent from colleges and universities including campus events career fairs information sessions and networking activities.
  • Build Relationships with Universities: Establishand maintain strong relationships with career services offices faculty and student organizations to enhance our presence on campus and increase engagement with potential in tandem with the EO partnered(School Leader)with each University/Collegeto buildandmaintainthoserelationships.
  • Coordinate Campus Events: Plan and coordinate campus events including career fairs information sessions workshops and networking events to promoteAustin Commercialas an employer of choice and connect with students.
  • Plan Develop and Manage Internship Program: Plan the SpringSummerand Fall Internship with Division LeadersManagersIntern Mentors and Support Staff to develop an internship program that provides a meaningfuland worthwhile professional experienceto include social events jobsite tours professional development/training and other events that will expand on theinternsskillset and experience.
  • Source and Engage Candidates: Utilizevarious channels such as campus job boards social media and alumni networks toidentifyand engage with potential candidates including internsrecent graduates and early career professionals.
  • Candidate Screening and Selection: Review resumes conductand coordinateinterviews and assess candidate qualifications toidentifytop talent andfacilitatethe hiring process in collaboration with hiring managers and HR.
  • Promote Employer Brand: EnhanceAustin Commercials employer brand on college campuses by promoting our values culture career opportunities and employee benefits through presentations materials and online platforms.
  • Track and Analyze Recruitment Metrics: Trackand analyze recruitment metrics including candidate engagement event attendance and hiring outcomes to evaluate the effectiveness of campus recruitment efforts and make data-driven decisions.
  • Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Keepup to date ontrends in campus recruitment student demographics and university partnerships to continuously improve recruitment strategies and stay competitive.

Qualifications:

  • 2years of experience in campus recruitment talent acquisition or related field preferably in a corporatesetting.
  • Experienced in managing and executing internship programs
  • Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiencyin Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with recruitment software/tools.
  • Familiarity with Handshake or similar platforms is preferred.
  • Must be able to work under pressure to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Include preferred skills additional certifications relevant experience that would be beneficial for the role but not strictly required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Marketing or related field.
  • Strong understanding of college recruiting best practices campus engagement strategies and student demographics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with students university stakeholders and internal teams.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Occasional day and overnight travel will be required for this role for recruitment fairs and events
