**Forklift Operators Needed: 2nd shift** **Direct placement!!** + **Clamp Truck experience is a PLUS!** + **We include yearly performance reviews & bonus's** **Job Overview** This role is critical in ensuring the safe and efficient handling of materials within our warehouse and loading areas. The operator will be responsible for staging units, loading and unloading trailers, and performing final visual quality inspections to maintain high standards of accuracy and safety. **Key Responsibilities** + Securely band units and ensure load tags are clearly visible. + Safely stage units in the warehouse and manage trailer loading/unloading. + Conduct thorough visual quality inspections of all items. + Verify unit and truck counts and ensure all documentation is accurate. + Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies; report issues promptly. + Complete monthly online safety training. + Maintain consistent and reliable attendance. + Read Wet End run schedules to correctly lay down rolls for paper grades. + Safely drive and handle rolls; assist with damaged roll management. + Prepare butt rolls for return to the roll room. + Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment. + Unload trucks or railcars, following all required paperwork and procedures. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency with clamp forklifts, reach trucks, stand-up forklifts, RF scanners. + Ability to read and follow schedules and procedures accurately. + Strong attention to detail for quality control. + Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment. + Familiarity with forklift operations and safety standards. **Why Join Us?** + **Year-round employment** offering job stability. + **Competitive pay** with affordable benefits: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k) with company match. + **Monthly bonus program** and **Pay for Skills Program** to reward learning and performance. + **Weekly pay** , paid holidays, overtime, and vacation time. + Opportunities for **career growth, training, and advancement** . + A respectful, team-oriented, and employee-friendly culture. **Work Environment** Enjoy working in a **brand-new, climate-controlled manufacturing facility** equipped with modern automated equipment, designed for comfort, safety, and efficiency. **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of Cottage Grove, MN. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $52000.00/yr.
