FSL's mission is to support the development of student leaders and their fraternities or sororities through partnerships with students, alumni, inter/national headquarters, and other stakeholders to promote well-being & a sense of belonging.
Position Summary:
As a staff member in Student Life, the Community Standards and Leadership Development Manager is responsible for establishing, administering, and evaluating programs and services that support student learning and development within fraternities and sororities. This staff member will manage unit leadership programs and lead event planning, event budgeting, marketing and outreach, and evaluation and assessment efforts. All efforts are in the service of creating learning environments that celebrate diversity, foster student development, and provide leadership development opportunities.
