Role Overview:
The Content Creator will be responsible for developing and executing engaging content across our marketing channels—including social media, email campaigns, website, and print materials. You'll collaborate closely with team members to generate content that highlights listings, educates clients, and showcases our team culture and community involvement.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a content calendar aligned with the team's marketing goals
• Create, edit, and publish engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Design and write listing promotions, client success stories, market updates, team highlights, and community spotlights
• Assist with video content—both planning and light editing—for social media and email marketing
• Monitor engagement metrics and adjust strategies based on performance insights
• Collaborate with agents and operations team to ensure consistent brand messaging across all materials

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in content creation, social media management, or marketing (real estate industry experience a plus)
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a good visual eye
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
• Comfortable with basic video editing and shooting short-form content
• Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills
• Creative thinker with a passion for branding and audience engagement

Bonus Skills (Not Required):

• Photography/videography experience
• Email marketing experience
• Familiarity with real estate CRMs and listing platforms
