Customer Success Manager

Description:

Screencastify is seeking a Customer Success Manager I to support our tier 3 customers and help them maximize results with our product. As a CSM I, you will have the chance to learn about Customer Success and be developed along the Customer Success Manager career path trajectory.

Responsibilities include supporting lower tier but highly valued accounts in partnership with the Support team, observing trends and providing feedback to leadership, collecting product feedback from customers, sharing insights into user-focused collateral, becoming an expert in our product to drive adoption and outcomes, providing custom professional learning opportunities, collaborating with team members to manage automated renewal and expansion processes, advising product development through specific subject matter expertise, meeting with customers to onboard them, addressing issues related to customer health scores, saving accounts in danger of churning, and surfacing expansion opportunities when appropriate.

Requirements:

Relevant customer-facing work experience and an interest in beginning a career in Customer Success, ideally with a K-12 background.

High emotional intelligence and empathy with an ability to build strong relationships.

Ability to serve as a training liaison for teachers, coaches, and administrators.

Motivation to ensure the success of customers and team, delivering customized plans from concept to execution.

Enjoyment of the fast-paced start-up environment and ability to collaborate effectively both in-person and remote in asynchronous environments.
