Position Overview

We are seeking a Licensed Insurance Agent to perform data entry processing of ACA applications . This remote, work-from-home role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who is comfortable working with Salesforce and other CRM tools to accurately enter and manage prospect applications.

Key Responsibilities

Process and input ACA applications with accuracy and efficiency.
Work within Salesforce and other CRM systems to manage and track applications.
Review and verify applicant information to ensure compliance with ACA guidelines.
Communicate with internal teams to resolve application issues or missing information.
Maintain detailed and organized records of all processed applications.
Follow company policies and industry regulations to uphold data integrity and client confidentiality.

Qualifications

Active Health Insurance License (Texas) required.
Experience with ACA applications and health insurance processes preferred.
Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in Salesforce and other CRM tools (or ability to learn quickly).
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members as needed.
