Overview:

Job Summary:   

The Digital Marketing Campaign Manager is responsible for driving the strategic development and execution of multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across all partner brands. Collaborating closely with the Senior Director of Consumer Media Group, the Digital Marketing Manager and key stakeholders, this role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and data-driven insights to optimize marketing efforts, achieve corporate OKRs, and support revenue growth goals.

 

This role focuses on executing campaigns designed to acquire new patients, enhance retention, and drive overall business success. The ideal candidate will combine expertise in both digital and traditional marketing tactics, with a strong emphasis on performance analysis and optimization

Responsibilities:

This is a in office position based in Louisville, KY.

Essential Functions:

  • Strategic Planning:
  • Define campaign objectives aligned with overall business goals.
  • Develop integrated marketing strategies across multiple digital channels.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy.
  • Campaign Execution:
  • Support parnter brands with email campaigns and Google My Business
  • Work with creative team to produce compelling marketing content, including visuals and copy.
  • Support and optimize campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and more.
  • Content/copy creation to support SEO and campaign messaging
  • Set up tracking and reporting mechanisms to monitor campaign performance.
  • Audience Targeting:
  • Segment audiences and apply data-driven targeting to reach relevant user groups.
  • Use demographics, interests, behaviors, and custom audiences to optimize ad delivery.
  • Implement retargeting strategies to re-engage potential customers.
  • Performance Analysis & Optimization:
  • Regularly review key campaign metrics (e.g., clicks, conversions, ROI) and make data-driven adjustments.
  • Analyze campaign performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Conduct A/B testing of creatives and campaign variations to optimize results.
  • Collaboration & Communication:
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (creative, design, development) to execute campaigns.
  • Communicate campaign performance and insights effectively to stakeholders.
  • Stay informed on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
  • Additional Duties:
  • Create innovative, engaging campaign concepts across digital channels.
  • Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns through platforms such as Active Campaign, HubSpot and SalesForce Marketing Cloud.
  • Enhance brand visibility through digital platforms such as Yext, Google My Business, and third-party affiliates.
  • Optimize website content to improve SEO and search engine rankings.
  • Paid advertising knowledge and understanding on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and more.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve campaign-related challenges as they arise.
  • Interpret campaign data to assess performance and guide future strategies.
Qualifications:

Qualifications/Skills:

  • 5-10 years of experience with marketing automation platforms such as Yext, ActiveCampaign, ExactTarget, MailChimp, or similar.
  • Basic knowledge of WordPress, Google My Business, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, Google Search, and other PPC platforms.
  • Experience with CRM and email automation tools.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices, with the ability to tie strategies to measurable outcomes.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • A Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Agency experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Proven analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
  • Experience or knowledge in the health, wellness, or medical sectors is preferred.
  • Strong ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments with flexibility, collaboration, and reliability.
