Job Description

UPI Builders is looking for an Electrician Helper to assist our experienced electricians in various tasks related to installations, maintenance, and repairs of electrical systems. As an Electrician Helper, you will work under the supervision of licensed electricians, helping with the setup of tools and materials, following safety protocols, and ensuring a clean and organized work environment. Responsibilities

• Assist electricians in the installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment.
• Help with wiring, lighting, and outlet installations.
• Load and unload tools and equipment needed for projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and practices.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow instructions and directions from the lead electrician.
• Participate in training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.
• Assist in troubleshooting electrical issues as directed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A desire to learn and develop skills in the electrical trade.
• Basic understanding of electrical systems is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow directions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
• Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
