Your work will power the next generation of innovation. **What You'll Do** As a Microelectronic Technician in a semiconductor fab, your responsibilities will include: + Operating and maintaining advanced semiconductor equipment such as photolithography, etch, deposition, and metrology tools + Handling wafers with precision and logging all activities accurately + Performing startups, calibrations, and routine maintenance of tools + Troubleshooting process deviations and working with engineers on improvements + Following strict cleanroom protocols and safety standards + Supporting continuous improvement and process optimization efforts + Collaborating across teams to drive quality and efficiency in every fabrication step **What You Bring** **Required Qualifications:** + High school diploma or GED + Strong communication and teamwork skills + Comfortable with computers (Microsoft Office proficiency) + Ability to work in a cleanroom (gowning required) and handle delicate components + Physically capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 lbs + Flexibility to work night or weekend shifts as needed **Preferred Qualifications:** + Experience working in a FOD-controlled or cleanroom environment + Familiarity with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) + Associate degree or technical training in Electronics or related discipline + Experience with wet and dry semiconductor processes + Background in R&D or low-volume, high-mix prototyping + Understanding of semiconductor process flows from front-end to back-end **Why Join Us?** At PDS Tech Commercial, you're not just taking a job-you're becoming part of something bigger.
