Job Description

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and outgoing Entry-Level Communications Assistant to join our fast-paced event marketing team! In this role, you’ll help bring our marketing campaigns to life through live events, promotional campaigns, and community outreach . You’ll work hands-on with our event team to plan, coordinate, and execute brand activations that connect directly with the public.

This is the perfect opportunity for recent graduates or entry-level professionals who love interacting with people, working in team environments, and being part of exciting in-person events. No previous experience is required — we provide full training, mentorship, and plenty of opportunities for growth.

What You’ll Do

• Assist in planning, organizing, and executing live marketing events and community activations
• Help design event layouts, coordinate logistics, and ensure smooth event operations
• Represent the brand at in-person events , engaging with attendees and promoting key messaging
• Work closely with the event management team to develop communication strategies that boost audience engagement
• Conduct on-site feedback collection to help improve future event experiences
• Support post-event reporting, setup, breakdown, and materials organization
• Maintain a professional, approachable, and energetic presence at all times
