Job Description
Nova Pacific is seeking a motivated and dynamic Entry-Level Sales Representative to join our expanding team in Dallas. In this role, you will play a key part in driving revenue growth by building meaningful client relationships, presenting tailored solutions, and delivering outstanding customer service. This position offers a structured path for professional development and advancement within the company.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Conduct product presentations and communicate the value of our services effectively.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify business opportunities and meet sales goals.
Manage client accounts and ensure satisfaction throughout the entire sales process.
Stay informed about industry trends and market developments to provide strategic insights.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Strong work ethic and a proactive attitude toward achieving goals.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
No prior sales experience required—comprehensive training will be provided.
