We are a private investment firm and are looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the CEO/founder. We maintain a portfolio of investments across various sectors and drive a holding company with multiple operating entities.
This is a demanding role requiring the highest levels of professionalism, discretion, and adaptability. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and possess exceptional organizational skills to manage the complex professional and personal needs of a high-net-worth entrepreneur.
Special Requirements
Travel/Relocation : This position requires semi-permanent relocation between Boston and Florida (being open to relocate to Boston for several months within the year or vice versa)
Hours : Standard business hours with expectation of availability for early morning, evening, and occasional weekend communications
Work Location : On-site 5 days per week
