Your Role

Lead all BOH operations across two kitchens—menu creation, ordering, inventory, food costing, and vendor management. Recruit, train, and motivate staff while ensuring high standards of quality, efficiency, and hospitality.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years BOH restaurant experience
  • 2+ years in chef or management role
  • Food safety certification (preferred)
  • Strong leadership, communication & organization
  • Calm, dependable, and detail-oriented
  • Able to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods

$70,000–$75,000/year + $5,000 annual bonus (paid quarterly)
