Seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Executive Recruiter to join its Human Resources team. In this role, you will be instrumental in attracting top talent across corporate, construction, and community teams. You will oversee the full recruitment cycle while ensuring an exceptional experience for candidates and hiring managers. This position demands strong organizational skills, effective time management, and the ability to energize candidates about the company’s employment value proposition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for management, leadership, and future leadership roles aligned with organizational priorities.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job descriptions, interview processes, pay ranges, and other key details.
  • Partner with HR staff to ensure accurate and consistent job postings across platforms.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify strong candidates and update applicant profiles in the ATS.
  • Actively source candidates using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms.
  • Conduct outreach to potential candidates to discuss opportunities, assess interest, and pre-qualify them.
  • Independently interview candidates via phone, in-person, or virtual platforms to evaluate qualifications.
  • Share notes and resumes of qualified candidates with hiring managers for review.
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and interviewers.
  • Communicate verbal offers to candidates and execute offer letters.
  • Provide weekly updates on open positions to hiring managers and HR leadership.
  • Maintain accurate records in the ATS, including candidate information, interview feedback, and hiring decisions.
  • Update job descriptions as needed to reflect evolving requirements or tasks.
  • Represent the company at college job fairs and other recruitment events as needed.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance employer branding through social media campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 3–5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting required.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (experience with JazzHR is a plus).
  • Strong communication skills—both verbal and written—with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively within tight deadlines.
