Job Title: Healthcare IT Project Manager

Location: Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage healthcare IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring
• Projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Collaborate with clinical teams, IT staff, vendors, and stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies.
• Ensure projects meet regulatory compliance, including HIPAA, HL7, FHIR, and other healthcare data privacy standards.
• Manage Electronic Health Records (EHR) or Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
• Facilitate change management, training, and user adoption initiatives.
• Provide regular project status updates and reports to leadership.
• Identify and resolve project roadblocks, risks, and issues.
• Monitor project KPIs and success metrics to ensure business objectives are met.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• Project management experience in Healthcare IT.
• Strong understanding of healthcare systems such as EHR/EMR, clinical workflows, healthcare revenue cycle, and patient data privacy.
• Experience working with HIPAA, HL7, FHIR, and other healthcare regulatory frameworks.
• Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, Asana, etc.).
  PMP, CPHIMS, or Agile/Scrum certification is a plus.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Federal Experience is a plus.
