Job Description
Description We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team in Anaheim, California. This is a long-term contract position focused on managing recruitment processes and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new hires. The role is fully onsite and requires a strong ability to handle high-volume recruiting while maintaining attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Conduct high-volume recruiting for roles within various departments, including library staff and labor positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Ensure all aspects of onboarding are handled efficiently, providing a positive experience for new hires.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems such as NeoGov to manage candidate pipelines effectively.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation to support compliance and reporting requirements.
- Assist candidates through all stages of the hiring process, ensuring timely communication and follow-ups.
- Leverage union and government experience, if applicable, to enhance recruitment strategies.
- Foster relationships with potential candidates through campus and college recruiting initiatives.
- Uphold high standards and attention to detail throughout all recruiting activities. Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing and screening applicants.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems to manage recruitment processes.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office, including Excel, for tracking and reporting purposes.
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume recruitment with precision and accuracy.
- Experience in corporate or government recruiting environments is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders.
- Ability to maintain a detail-oriented approach and business attire while representing the organization.
