Job Title: HR Recruiting Coordinator

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Recruiting Coordinator to join our client and play a vital role in supporting their talent acquisition and HR operations. This hybrid, temporary-to-hire position, based in Houston, TX, focuses on scheduling interviews, managing candidate communications, maintaining ATS systems, and supporting recruiting processes across multiple teams.

Compensation:

• $24–$26/hour

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, standard business hours
• Hybrid schedule (2–3 days onsite per week)

Key Responsibilities of the HR Recruiting Coordinator:

• Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers across various time zones
• Manage candidate communications, including confirmations, follow-up messages, and status updates
• Post new job openings and maintain active job listings across multiple job boards
• Update and manage candidate records and workflows in the applicant tracking system
• Troubleshoot and resolve scheduling conflicts, including virtual interview issues, and communicate changes promptly
• Partner closely with talent acquisition and HR teams to support ongoing hiring initiatives

Qualifications and Skills for the HR Recruiting Coordinator:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 1+ year of experience in HR or recruiting administration (e.g., onboarding, interviewing, etc.)
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• Strong administrative and/or customer service background
• Ability to prioritize and handle tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable with task-oriented responsibilities
