What’s this position about?
We run dozens of digital advertising campaigns, spending millions of dollars, daily on behalf of our clients—some of the most successful videogame publishers in the industry. Our analytics team helps ensure that we’re investing those advertising dollars in the most effective and efficient way possible. This can result in analytics projects that vary widely in complexity, using datasets with millions of rows of data. As the successful candidate, you’ll build the software that enables our analytics tools.
This position will work on complex, challenging software development projects, delivering solutions for both the analytics team and non-technical end users. Our software connects data pipelines that transform millions of lines of data to front-end web applications that enable technical and non-technical end-users better ways to interact with internal and external data.
Our tech stack is a Python backend, Javascript front-end, and PostgreSQL database hosted on AWS.
We consistently allow for team members to take on additional projects where they find interest and have been able to provide immense value to the agency this way.

Base salary for this role is in the $50-$65k range DOE. You’ll also be eligible for a generous annual bonus plan.
