• We offer a sliding commission scale from 55% to 80%! With our own licensed Real Estate school on site, we offer our agents free Continuing Ed classes as well as a variety of workshops in all aspects of listing and selling. 
• Most importantly, we put our money where our mouth is when it comes to creating opportunities and business for our agents - from free Electronic Leads and digital advertising to free print and direct mail marketing.
