Key Responsibilities

As a Marketing Specialist, you'll play a vital role in executing marketing strategies and supporting brand growth. Your responsibilities will include:

Managing and maintaining the company's online reputation through regular audits.
Creating, scheduling, and monitoring social media content, blog posts, and graphics using HubSpot.
Developing visually appealing assets using design tools, ensuring brand consistency.
Coordinating webinars, setting up landing pages, and optimizing lead capture forms.
Crafting and automating marketing emails through workflows and triggers.
Interpreting marketing analytics to drive data-informed decisions.
Supporting day-to-day marketing requests and balancing multiple projects effectively.
Ensuring timely execution of marketing initiatives while maintaining high-quality standards.

What You'll Need to Succeed

1-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in technology, SaaS, or a related industry.
Strong skills in graphic design, copywriting, and SEO optimization.
Experience with HubSpot marketing tools and drag-and-drop website/email development.
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (or similar design software).
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
A strong eye for detail and a love for well-structured processes.
Professional written and verbal communication skills.
