**Job Title: Night Auditor**

**Shift:** Night Shift (11 PM - 7 AM)

**Job Summary:**
The Night Auditor is responsible for managing the hotel’s nightly operations, ensuring a smooth transition between shifts, and providing exceptional customer service to our guests. This position involves financial reporting, guest account management, and front desk operations during the overnight hours.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Perform nightly front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs, while providing outstanding customer service.
- Reconcile and balance daily financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in all postings and records.
- Prepare and distribute nightly reports, including revenue reports and occupancy statistics, for management review.
- Review and audit guest accounts for accuracy and resolve discrepancies as needed.
- Ensure that all cash handling procedures are followed and that any discrepancies are reported immediately.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and lobby during the night shift.
- Address guest inquiries and issues promptly and effectively, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Monitor security and safety procedures throughout the hotel and assist with emergency procedures as necessary.
- Assist with special requests from guests and provide personalized recommendations for local attractions and services.
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure all operational tasks are completed as needed.

**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality management is a plus.
- Previous experience in hotel front desk or night audit positions preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., OPERA, PMS systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and staff.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night shifts.
- Must be able to handle multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure.
- Availability to work weekends and holidays as required.
