Online Cruise and Hotel Reservationist-WFH We are looking for a customer-focused, detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Online Cruise and Hotel Reservationist. Responsibilities: - Handle reservations for cruises and hotels, including managing inquiries, making bookings, and confirming availability
- Assist clients through phone, email, and online platforms, answering questions, processing changes, and handling cancellations
- Provide knowledgeable advice on destinations, packages, and travel services to help clients make the best choices
- Collect payment information, process transactions, and issue booking confirmations, invoices, or receipts
- Stay updated on travel deals, promotions, and industry trends to offer clients top-notch recommendations
