Onsite Telehealth RN

Location: Fort Worth, TX-This position is in office

Trigger Warning: As a RN, you will engage with patients who have experienced significant traumas and may be struggling with suicidal thoughts. You will hear their stories as you support them in their healing journey. This aspect of the role may be triggering for some candidates.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with collaborating physician regarding patient care 
• Assist with applicable medication refill requests 
• Assist physician with answering questions about medications
• Educate patients about health maintenance 
• Maintain accurate patient electronic medical records 
• Perform other duties as required

Requirements:

• Active, unrestricted, or compact Registered Nurse license (Required)
• Experience with outpatient EHR systems such as Eclinicalworks
• Ideal candidates will have 1-5 years of experience as a RN
• Show care and compassion for our patients through a telephone call 
• Demonstrated adaptability and willingness to adjust to varying situations
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
