Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Bilingual  Picker/Packer to join our team at a cleaning products manufacturing facility in Miramar . In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing products for shipment while maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Spanish is a must.

Location: Miramar, FL
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $13 per hour
Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick and pack orders efficiently according to company standards
• Ensure accuracy in order fulfillment and packaging to meet quality standards
• Handle and organize cleaning product materials and supplies
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace following company protocols
• Assist with inventory tasks , including counting and restocking materials
• Follow all safety guidelines to prevent workplace injuries
• Support warehouse and production teams with additional tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse, picking, or packing experience preferred
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to follow instructions and meet productivity goals
• Team player with good communication skills
• Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and job duties
