**Job Title: Personal Lines Account Manager**
**Location: Eden, WI | Remote**
**Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 + Benefits**

We are excited to invite applications for the role of Personal Lines Account Manager! We are looking for a friendly and dedicated individual to join our team and help us provide exceptional service to our personal insurance clients. In this role, you will manage a diverse portfolio of personal insurance accounts, ensuring that our clients receive the support and guidance they need.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Provide outstanding support and service for a variety of personal lines accounts.
- Assist agency producers with customer service tasks to enhance client satisfaction.
- Handle incoming sales inquiries, whether through phone calls or walk-ins, with professionalism and care.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and account rounding to ensure clients have the right coverage for their needs.
- Act as a liaison between clients, producers, and insurance company representatives to facilitate smooth communication.
- Manage the preparation of certificates, endorsements, binders, and assist with first claims.
- Engage in marketing, quoting, and rating for new client business and account renewals.

**Qualifications:**

- Must hold a valid Property & Casualty Insurance License.
- Experience with auto, home, boat, and recreational insurance policies is essential.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an independent insurance agency is required.
- Proven experience in insurance sales and account management.
- Familiarity with cross-selling and account rounding techniques.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and related software applications.
- Experience with agency management systems such as Applied (TAM or EPIC) or AMS 360 is strongly preferred.
- Experience working with high net worth clients is a plus.
