Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Plant Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining high-quality standards, and leading a team to achieve operational excellence. This role requires a strong background in manufacturing management, with a focus on continuous improvement and lean manufacturing principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of plant operations, including production planning, scheduling, and inventory management.
• Implement lean manufacturing techniques to optimize production efficiency and reduce waste.
• Oversee the use of MRP systems to ensure accurate forecasting and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and enhance overall productivity.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess plant performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
• Manage supply chain operations to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
• Develop training programs for staff to enhance skills in fabrication processes and mechanical knowledge.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging team engagement and innovation.
• Digital Print experience is a plus

Skills

• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and practices.
• Proficiency in MRP systems, with experience in SAP being highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability in process improvement methodologies.
• Knowledge of production planning techniques to optimize workflow.
• Familiarity with supply chain management practices.
• Mechanical knowledge relevant to manufacturing processes.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
• Strong analytical skills to assess data and make informed decisions.
• Digital Print experience is a plus

Pay: $120,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
