• We are hiring immediately for a full time PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR position.
• Location : Fresh and Ready Food Group - 701 Monter Road South West, Renton, WA 98057. Note: online applications accepted only .
• Schedule : Full time schedule. Days and hours may vary; 2nd shift. Weekends are included. More details upon interview.
• Requirement : Previous food manufacturing experience is strongly preferred. This role will supervise the day-to-day operations of the Production Department.
  • Supervise employee work schedules and attendance for production staff
  • Maintain and update required records including food production, meal counts and personnel records
  • Ensure staff follows proper sanitation procedures
  • Supervise food service employees, including assembly line workers, runners, machine operators, and line leaders
  • Supervise cleanliness and maintenance of equipment including refrigerators, freezers, packaging machines, etc.
  • Train and supervise staff on the proper use of equipment
• Pay Range:  $24.00 per hour to $28.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Responsible for setting up and maintaining food production and quality control of food items prepared in the kitchen.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepares food items necessary for assigned area.
• Assigns specific duties to associates under supervision for efficient operation of the kitchen.
• Ensures proper storage and handling of products; uses portion, presentation and recipe controls.
• Maintains cleanliness of all kitchen areas, including food and non-food working areas.
• Reports equipment repair/maintenance to appropriate supervisor or facility department.
• Supervises team members in absence of Sous Chef; disciplines, trains and schedules associates.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
