AppleOne has partnered with a well-established client in San Juan Capistrano to help them find a qualified Recruiting Assistant for a long-term temporary opportunity with the potential to convert to a full-time role. Responsibilities include coordinating candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle, from initial contact to interview scheduling, testing, and new hire paperwork. The ideal candidate will be comfortable conducting phone screens, evaluating resumes, administering assessments, and performing reference checks to support informed hiring decisions. This role also involves communicating with candidates at every stage, representing the company at job fairs, and maintaining a strong knowledge of labor laws and company policies.
