Regional Operational Manager

  • Location: South/Central NJ (Overseeing Multiple Branch Offices)
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday | Full-time, in-person role with local travel required
  • Compensation: $75,000/year + auto and cell allowances + bonus opportunity based on performance metrics

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced  Regional Operational Manager to oversee multi-branch operations in South and Central New Jersey. This leadership role is responsible for driving operational performance, recruitment outcomes, client satisfaction, and compliance within a fast-paced staffing environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in light industrial staffing, workforce management, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations across multiple branch locations
  • Lead, coach, and develop Branch Managers, recruiters, and support staff to meet business objectives
  • Drive recruitment execution and daily labor pool performance to fulfill client workforce needs
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring service levels and satisfaction are consistently met
  • Oversee P&L, operational budgets, and cost control across assigned branches
  • Monitor and analyze branch-level KPIs (e.g., fill rates, attendance, turnover, margins) to support continuous improvement
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and all regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Compliance, Finance, and Training teams to support operational alignment
  • Utilize  TempWorks for workflow management, performance tracking, and reporting; experience with other staffing platforms such as  Avionté or  Bullhorn is a plus

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of recent, consecutive management experience , preferably in staffing or workforce solutions
  • Strong background in  light industrial staffing operations
  • Experience overseeing multi-site teams and managing recruitment performance
  • Proven ability to build client relationships and meet service expectations
  • Working knowledge of P&L oversight and operational metrics
  • Proficient in using staffing industry platforms (TempWorks preferred; Avionté/Bullhorn experience a plus)
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel between offices and client sites as needed
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
