Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced RPA Developer in Columbas, OH to join our client's team as a Technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) for UiPath and related RPA tools. This role is integral to designing, developing, testing, implementing, and supporting automated processes using UiPath. As an RPA Developer SME, you will ensure seamless integration, robust bot functionality, and provide timely support to the business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• RPA Bot Development & Implementation (50%)
  Utilize UiPath and related RPA tools to create, test, and implement bots/automations for various business processes. Ensure automation workflows are efficient, scalable, and meet the business requirements.

• Robot Release Certification & Support (20%)
  Certify and support the successful launch of robot releases into production, ensuring smooth transitions, proper deployment, and no disruption to business operations.

• Issue Anticipation & Resolution (10%)
  Proactively identify and resolve issues related to UiPath automation, ensuring minimal downtime and maintaining optimal system performance.

• Product Support & Knowledge Sharing (10%)
  Provide basic product support for UiPath, answering detailed product questions in a timely and accurate manner. Ensure that internal teams and end-users have a clear understanding of RPA solutions and capabilities.

• Cross-functional Collaboration (10%)
  Collaborate with other technical teams, business analysts, and stakeholders to continuously improve automation processes, explore new opportunities for automation, and share insights on RPA best practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

• UiPath Certification Must have a valid UiPath certification (RPA Developer or similar).

• RPA Development in UiPath At least 4 years of hands-on experience in RPA development, particularly with UiPath automation tools.

• UiPath Automation Developer Experience Proven experience developing and deploying RPA bots using UiPath automation tools.

• Machine Learning & Python Programming Experience with machine learning and proficiency in Python programming to enhance bot capabilities, particularly in intelligent automation.

• Bot Development Expertise Strong knowledge and experience in bot development and management across various business functions and use cases.

• OCR/ICR Integration Exposure to integrating and using OCR/ICR tools with UiPath for data extraction and processing.

Desirable Skills:

• Familiarity with other automation or integration tools such as Blue Prism , Automation Anywhere , or Power Automate .

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address challenges with innovative and practical solutions.

• Communication skills to collaborate across teams and articulate technical details to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
