Role Overview
You'll be responsible for designing, configuring, and supporting SAP solutions across EWM, PL2PR, and OTC. This role demands someone who actually knows how to fix broken processes, not just recite SAP terminology. If you can't get hands-on with configurations, integrations, and issue resolution, you won't fit here.
Configure inbound, outbound, warehouse structure, RF frameworks, and storage control.
Optimize warehouse operations using EWM best practices-slotting, replenishment, physical inventory, labor management.
Troubleshoot complex EWM functional issues and drive root-cause analysis instead of patching symptoms.
Work with logistics, warehouse, and integration teams (TM, ECC/S4) to ensure stable E2E flows.
Configure production planning (PP), MRP, shop-floor control, and BOM/routing management.
Ensure tight alignment between planning, scheduling, manufacturing execution, and inventory movement.
Resolve production order failures, mismatches, and capacity issues quickly and accurately.
Support integrations with QM, MM, and EWM for seamless manufacturing operations.
Configure order management, pricing, delivery, billing, credit management, and master data.
Improve process flow from order entry through delivery and invoicing without creating unnecessary customizations.
Handle complex pricing scenarios, shipping constraints, and billing disputes with clear logic.
Coordinate with finance, logistics, and customer operations for end-to-end OTC stability.
Strong hands-on configuration experience in SAP EWM, PL2PR, and OTC - theoretical knowledge won't cut it.
Solid understanding of supply chain, manufacturing, and logistics processes.
Ability to break down problems, challenge bad assumptions, and propose practical solutions.
Experience with S4HANA preferred (Functional + Integration know-how).
Ability to work under pressure on urgent issues without losing accuracy or clarity.
