We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead SAP S/4 HANA and Ariba projects from initiation through completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing SAP implementations and upgrades, particularly in the areas of S/4 HANA and Ariba, and possess excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership:

  • Lead end-to-end project management for SAP S/4 HANA and Ariba implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
  • Develop detailed project plans, manage timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Oversee all aspects of project delivery, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, managing expectations and ensuring clear communication across all teams.

• Stakeholder Management:

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project requirements, objectives, and scope.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders, project sponsors, and leadership teams to report on project progress, issues, risks, and accomplishments.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including SAP technical teams, business analysts, and external vendors, to deliver project success.

• Risk and Issue Management:

  • Proactively identify and manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies and ensuring project success.
  • Provide clear reporting on project status, including risk assessments and escalation procedures to leadership.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing SAP projects with a focus on S/4 HANA and Ariba .
• Proven experience leading full-cycle SAP S/4 HANA and Ariba implementations.
• Solid understanding of SAP modules, architecture, and integration (particularly with Ariba).
• Strong knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and Agile project management practices.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to manage relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively with business and IT teams.
• Experience in managing project budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently.
• SAP Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP, SAP Project Management, Scrum Master) are a plus.
• Ability to travel as required for the role.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in SAP S/4 HANA migration and upgrade projects.
• Familiarity with SAP Fiori and other SAP tools.
• Experience with cloud solutions, specifically SAP Ariba for procurement and supply chain management.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Exceptional leadership and team-building capabilities.
