Responsibilities include: ? Providing personal care and behavioral assistance to assigned students ? Assisting with classroom activities, grooming, meal preparation, toileting, and ambulation ? Managing challenging behaviors and implementing crisis intervention strategies ? Encouraging independence and ensuring student safety ? Supporting the **implementation of behavioral plans ? Maintaining accurate documentation as per Amergis policies ? Communicating effectively with school staff and Amergis office personnel Qualifications: ? High School Diploma or equivalent (Associates degree in behavioral studies or related field preferred) ? Strong verbal and written communication skills ?
