Are you a dedicated and compassionate professional with a passion for supporting students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)? We are seeking an experienced Remote Autism Specialist to provide tailored interventions and support for K-12 students in Oregon. This full-time, remote position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct virtual assessments, develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), and provide evidence-based interventions for K-12 students with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
Collaborate with families, teachers, and school staff to create and implement personalized learning and behavioral plans.
Offer support in enhancing social, communication, and emotional skills for students with ASD.
Monitor student progress and adapt interventions as necessary to meet individual needs.
Stay informed about the latest research on autism and best practices for remote service delivery.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.
Previous experience working with students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (K-12).
Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and other autism-specific interventions.
Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with families and school teams in a remote setting.
Certification as an Autism Specialist or Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is preferred.
