Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manufacture and assemble clinical and commercial products, and operate production equipment.
• Weigh, measure, and check raw materials to ensure proper ingredient quantities in batches.
• Assist with in-process testing to verify batch specifications.
• Validate processes and equipment associated with filtration, cleaning, and sterilization.
• Dispose of waste chemicals, solvents, and acids.
• Prepare solutions, powders, and liquids for batches.
• Provide training support for onboarding and new procedures.
• Support the lead or supervisor as needed.
• Recommend improvements for operational efficiency.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and BD housekeeping and safety policies.
• Work overtime as needed to meet business requirements.

Experience Required

• High school with technical certification and 3 years of laboratory experience, or
• Associate\'s degree in a scientific discipline with 2-3 years of laboratory experience, or
• Bachelor\'s degree in a scientific discipline with 1-2 years of laboratory experience.

Skills & Certifications

• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and strong time management skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in English, including reading, writing, and basic arithmetic.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Eligibilities & qualifications

• High school diploma with a technical certification or AS/BS degree in a scientific discipline.
• Relevant laboratory experience ranging from 1 to 3 years depending on the level of education.
