Responsibilities:

• We are involved in all aspects of the software development lifecycle, with emphasis on requirements analysis and coding. My team performs software updates, refinement, testing, and debugging to meet business needs. We analyze user and business needs and functionality to plan and design software systems that effectively satisfy those needs. Additionally, we write code and create database structures while maintaining code for both main- and sub-systems.
• Our responsibilities also include identifying, analyzing, and resolving software deficiencies, and recommending corrective actions while teaching others. We develop and document the framework for integration and implementation for changes to technical standards, providing analysis for reports on software project specifications, activities, or status. Depending on the project and team structure, we may coach and provide guidance for database administrators and software developers, and occasionally serve as a team or task lead.
