Responsibilities:

• Lead crew in safe, efficient solar installations.
• Ensure the truck is stocked and the job site is prepared.
• Install solar modules, racking, and electrical components.
• Apply weatherproofing and ensure structural integrity.
• Enforce safety protocols and inspect work quality.
• Train and mentor crew members.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues.
• Communicate with project managers and clients.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Electrical experience required ; solar experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, troubleshooting, and time management skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow safety protocols.
• Effective communication with crew and clients.

Physical Demands:

• Lift up to 50 lbs (100 lbs with assistance).
• Work on rooftops, ladders, and in confined spaces.
• Endure outdoor weather and extreme conditions.
• Use tools, maintain balance, and distinguish wiring colors.
• Respond to verbal commands and follow safety guidelines.
  

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25-30 per hour, depending on experience
