Staff Geologist - Field & Office Hybrid Role

We're looking for a Staff Geologist who thrives in both field and office environments, with a strong focus on hands-on site work, data evaluation, and reporting. What You'll Do:
Conduct environmental site investigations, groundwater monitoring, and soil sampling.
Analyze and interpret field data to assess site conditions.
Prepare technical reports, figures, and data summaries.
Coordinate with stakeholders to manage data requests and regulatory responses.
Maintain project documentation and provide periodic reports.
Travel within territory as needed for fieldwork.
What We're Looking For:
3-6 years of relevant experience in environmental geology or a related field.
Hands-on experience with groundwater/soil sampling, site assessments, and data quality review .
Strong analytical and organizational skills-attention to detail is a must!
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Team player with solid decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
OSHA 40-hour Hazmat training is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and other relevant software .
A valid driver's license with a clean record.
Education & Certifications:
Bachelor's Degree in geology, environmental geology, engineering, or a related discipline (Advanced degree a plus!).
LG or RG certification preferred .
