Overview

LLR is seeking talented and motivated college juniors to participate in a 10-week summer internship on our Market Development team, which is responsible for identifying, engaging and developing open dialogues with CEO’s of growing technology companies across the country. The relationships we develop position LLR as the preferred investor of choice for exciting companies looking to raise capital. Based on performance and business need, top performers may have the opportunity to join LLR full-time after graduation.


Who are you?

  • A junior with a graduation date of December 2026 or May 2027 interested in a career in sales, corporate development, or business development
  • Able to discern the difference between “No” and “Not right now”
  • Your friends or family members describe you as – curious, creative, energetic, mature, coachable, focused, patient and confident
  • Majors in Communications, Business Administration, Economics or Marketing preferred
  • Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Superior interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluent in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Internet Searches, LinkedIn

As an Summer Analyst, what will you do?

  • Work with our Market Development team during the Identify phase of LLR’s targeting process
  • Procure company data to accurately profile prospects
  • Conduct research on private companies, sectors and subsectors within LLR’s target industries
  • Manage data quality and load to core internal systems (e.g. CRM platform)
  • Segment and tier prospect companies for engagement
