Under the direction of the Tax Administrator I (TA I) of the Tax Branch Training Group, the Associate Governmental Program Analyst (AGPA) is a full journey-level analyst class responsible for applying the fundamentals of adult learning principles to design, develop, and deliver various training classes for Employee Development Department, Tax Branch employees. In a training capacity, the incumbent is also responsible for performing a variety of training-related activities, duties, and analytical assignments. The incumbent may also serve as a training coordinator for the Learning Management System (LMS) and may provide backup assistance with managing the Branch's Staff Mentoring Program, Tax Branch Management Institute, college reimbursement, and external training programs. Successful candidates will have a combination of written and oral communication skills, analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with multiple levels of staff and management.
