About the Role

Manning Kass has an exciting opportunity for a Trusts and Estates Litigation Associate, with at least 2 years of experience to in one of our Southern California offices! 

The ideal candidate will have experience in estate planning, probate and trust administration, family law and business litigation, along with strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Responsibilities include preparing estate planning documents such as wills, trusts, and powers of attorney, managing probate and trust administration matters, and advising clients throughout the estate process. We seek candidates who is highly self-motivated, and interested in long-term professional growth and has the aptitude to work with clients in planning for succession and end-of-life decisions.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.
• You must be licensed to practice in the State of California.
• At least 2 years of experience as a civil litigation attorney. 
• Exceptional communication and advocacy skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience in probate administration and litigation is a plus.
• Experience with estate planning and estate administration and client-focused service is preferred.

Company Offers

• Salary Range $115,000-$170,000, plus bonus. Salary is commensurate with education and experience.
